Games That Start With a Letter
Scattergories, Stadt-Land-Fluss and most category games open the same way: someone has to pick a starting letter, and someone always suspects the pick wasn't random. This settles it. Exclude x, q and z if your group finds them unplayable, and the remaining 23 letters keep equal odds.
It also covers alphabet learning activities, drawing challenges ("draw something starting with..."), and random initials for placeholder names. Letters may repeat between draws, since every draw is independent.
